Its not mandatory to send the hard copy Xerox of your score report you get by postal mail from ETS….what they want is to send your scores to them via ets…..same is the case wid toefl report too….
2 ways to do so... 1st.... by phone ...2nd ....by fax.... genarally 99% of the applicants send their scores by PHONE..... you need to respond to an automated answering machine by pressing proper buttons(numbers) on your phone..... u need to call to a No. given on the ETS site...(keep in mind, the american working hours...its OK if u make a call after 7:30 PM)... make sure that you WILL NOT be disturbed during your call....... find a good std booth for that....keep the Univ. codes and the Dept. codes of all the univs u wanna send ur scores to. If your applying college does not need a dept code..... u'll be provided an option for that too......
Just stay cool... this process is very simple and easy to do. listen to the automated speaking machine very carefully.....and dont get distracted..... details regarding the info that is required in hand before u make that call, can be found in ETS website......
u can send your scores only to 8 univs per a single call......(15$ per univ + 6$ per call service charge).....
if you have some more univs left to send.... u gotta make another call......
